I believe in attachment parenting and the idea of a nurturing and gentle parenting approach.

I believe that we should respond to your baby’s cues 100% of the time so that your baby develops trust that they will have their needs met.  Each baby has different individual needs in order to sleep well, and together we partner and discover the best ways to encourage your baby to have a full night of sleep.  Because I use the latest research and evidence-based strategies, I will provide you with practical advice to empower you as parents. I provide personalized sleep plans, practical tips, and resources tailored to your baby's unique developmental and nutritional needs. 

We start with a FaceTime or Zoom appointment prior to or within a few days of the birth of your baby to discuss your goals and to schedule a time to meet in your home or virtually so that I can talk with you about your birth, your baby, your parenting goals, and give you initial guidance on how to help your baby switch from being nocturnal to being a day person.  Together we share an App that you can record your baby’s sleep and eating times with, and that we can share.  The App will allow me to know what is happening with your baby and communicate with you efficiently.  We will then schedule twice weekly FaceTime or Zoom meetings to partner together to help your baby work towards sleeping through the night.  I’m available after our work has finished if you should need any additional support.
